Bryant Sharifi

  • His goal was to change the fitness industry for the better. Moving away from the factory-style big box gyms promoting sub-standard training without adding true value to the lives of clients, Bryant started Perform For Life in San Francisco. His mission was to create a space in the industry where great coaches can support dedicated clientele and improve their lives. Within the next five years, Bryant opened his next location within the Financial District of San Francisco, cementing the name of Perform For Life in the SF community. During the pandemic, Bryant saw the need for mental health support of not only his clients; but also, the world as a whole. With this, Bryant began supporting his clients through strategies to help them cope with burnout and stress. Seeing how much clients benefited from this, Bryant and his team’s approach became truly holistic to tackle the physical and mental needs of the working professional.

    • Bryant is a seasoned professional with a rich background spanning 15 years as a strength and conditioning coach.  

    • Armed with extensive experience in this field, he brings a holistic approach to performance enhancement, blending physical and mental aspects seamlessly. Over the course of the pandemic he has become an Expert in mental skills for golfers, stress management, burnout, and leadership for entrepreneur
