Personal Trainer (Independent Contractor)

Who We Are:
Our mission is simple: “Empowering individuals to discover their physical and mental strength, leading to transformative changes in their lives.”.
What We Believe In:
We take what we do seriously, but not ourselves. No big egos here.
Strength is for everyone. Fitness should be inclusive, not exclusive.
We complete, we don’t compete. Community over competition, always.
Authenticity builds a healthier world. Real people. Real results.
If this resonates with you, let’s talk.
Why Perform For Life?
Full Facility Access. Stay strong and keep improving.
Quarterly team outings. We work hard, but we also know how to have a great time.
Give back with us. We volunteer as a team because strong bodies should support strong communities.
Join a fitness family, not just a gym. Work with like-minded people who lift each other up—literally and figuratively.
What We’re Looking For:
You’ve been in the fitness game for at least three years and have the certifications to back it up.
You have at least 10 established clients on your current roster and know how to keep them engaged, progressing, and coming back for more.
You know how to motivate, engage, and retain clients—because results matter.
You’re organized, proactive, and business-savvy. Training isn’t just about sweating—it’s about building lasting relationships.
You know how to market yourself, whether that’s through word-of-mouth, social media, or just being awesome at what you do.
You take pride in your space and help keep the gym looking top-notch.
Extra Credit If You:
Have a specialty (nutrition, injury prevention, sports performance—what’s your superpower?)
Have worked in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Stay ahead of fitness trends and new training techniques.
Know how to engage on social media and build a community beyond the gym.
Have competed in fitness events or have a strong personal fitness journey to share.
You love getting involved in community outreach and giving back.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver awesome training sessions that keep clients coming back.
Build and manage your client base—referrals, social media, networking, whatever works.
Keep clients on track with regular progress updates and session logs.
Encourage renewals and keep your schedule packed.
Collect client reviews to showcase your impact.
Keep the gym in top shape—because no one wants to train in a messy space.
